NEW GROUNDS - ROSEBURN PARK BESIDE MURRAYFILED STADIUM
Team training is usually twice weekly on a Thursday and a Saturday. Training is a mixture of fitness, rugby skills and tactics. Training is varied to keep it exciting and is adapted to meet the needs of the team and skills of the training members.
THURSDAY - Meet at 6.30pm to get changed, ready for training to start at 6.45pm. It will last about an hour but increasing to 90 mins as it gets lighter.
SATURDAY - Meet at 11.45 to get changed, ready for training to start at 12 noon. It will last approximately 2 hours depending on what drills we need to cover, weather etc.
Changing facilities and showers are available on both days.

Voluntary training to boost fitness happens ad-hoc on a Tuesday when numbers and necessity allow. If you want to do some extra training then speak to the coach or some of the other players at training and organise it.
